Full Tilt Poker Million VIII back in action - 05/10/2009
The biggest names in poker will be at Sky Sports in London from Tuesday October 6 as the second half of the Full Tilt Poker Million VIII heats and semi-finals are fought out. 
2004 Champion Lilly Returns To The Tour
WPT winner Yevgeniy Timoshenko kicks things off in the seventh heat which begins on Tuesday morning, with live reporting available at www.matchroompoker.com. Timoshenko faces Andrew Feldman, two-time WSOP bracelet winner David "The Dragon" Pham, Chris Moorman and Justin Smith.
Heat eight is a mouth-watering affair as big hitters Patrik Antonius, Tom "Durrrr" Dwan, Antonio Esfandiari, Mike Matusow and Ben Roberts lock horns - a day that Daniel Bowden will never forget, taking his seat after winning an online tournament at Full Tilt.
Marty Smyth gets the chance to defend the title he won last year in heat nine, taking on Premier League Poker III winner JC Tran and WSOP main event winner Huck Seed on Wednesday morning. Later in the day, the tenth heat pits TV favourite Sammy "Any Two" George against WSOP bracelet holders Scott Fischman and David Chiu.
November Nine man James Akenhead will be hoping to get into form for the WSOP main event when he takes part in heat 11, facing in form Erik Cajelais fresh from his WSOPE victory, Phil Laak, Erik Liu and Hendon Mob man Barny Boatman. The final heat is a cracker too, with WSOP bracelet collectors Chris Ferguson and Allen Cunningham as well as Gus Hansen, Taylor Caby and Jennifer Tilly.
The heat winners will face-off in the second semi-final on Friday with the runners-up taking part in Thursday evening's turbo heat. The first semi-final takes place on Friday morning, with the stellar line-up of Annette Obrestad, Luke Schwartz, Tony Bloom, Paul Zimbler, Nam Le, Juha Helppi, Peter Vasiliou aiming to reach December's final.
