PartyPoker.com Women’s World Open II kicks off at 11am
The second PartyPoker.com Women’s World Open title begins at 11am on Thursday 3 October with the first of six heats before the winner is crowned and pockets $50,000.
Beverly Pace will begin the defence of her title in heat three on Saturday with the tournament kicking off with a celebrity heat where the winner enters the 36-strong field for the tournament. Former Bucks Fizz singer Cheryl Baker and Snooker referee Michaela Tabb among the stars hoping to get into the main event.
Some of the biggest names in the Ladies game are gunning for a piece of the $108,000 prize pool with a $3,000 buy-in. Those sitting down at the table including Jen Mason, Late Night Poker finalist Maria Demetriou, Xuyen Bad Girl” Pham, former PartyPoker.com World Open winner Pippa Flanders, former European Ladies champion Jackie Meecham, Katharine Hartree, comedienne Lucy Porter, Michelle Orpe, Shelley Rubenstein, Christine Klecz and Stefanie Bergener.
