Sexton homes in on World Open Crown
Tournament of Champions winner Mike Sexton joins a powerful line up for the hotly anticipated PartyPoker.com World Open IV.
The event, to be filmed in London from April 25 to May 2 looks set to feature its strongest line up yet, with 72 of the World's leading players battling it out for the $250,000 first prize.
Sexton will join Premier League I Champion Juha Helppi, Surinder Sunar, Ian Frazer, WSOPE Horse Champ Thomas Bihl, Mobster Barny Boatman, Marc Goodwin, Theo Jorgensen, Annette Obrested, World Open III Champ Anthony Hardy, Richard Ashby, John Kalmar, Irish Open champ Marty Smyth and former Champion Pippa Flanders.
Head of Online Gaming at Matchroom Sport, Eddie Hearn commented "The fields for televised events seem to be getting stronger and stronger and having only recently announced our event dates we are already nearly at full capacity. The PartyPoker World Open is now in its fourth Year and is firmly established as one of poker's "Major" crowns and a Title that all of poker's elite would love in their locker."
The PartyPoker.com World Open IV will be televised on Channel 5 later this Year.
