WSOP update - Kara Scott back on the felt
Day 2a of the WSOP main event has been completed with 466 players remaining out of 1,251 that started the day. Premier League Poker star Alex Kravcheno has made it through and will go into day three with 49,500. Other notable Matchroom Poker event players through are Mobster Barny Boatman with 78,700 and Christaine Klecz, who took part in the inaugural PartyPoker.com German and Women’s World Open takes 80,300 chips into Day 3.
Neil Channing won’t add to his seven WSOP cashes as he busted out along with Vicky Coren, Poker Million Champion Joe Beevers and Poker Million Finalist Julian Gardener.
Day 2b sees “Mad” Marty Wilson’s better half Katherine Hartree take to the felt hoping to build on her 150th place finish in 2006. Also playing will be World Darts Champion John Part, PartyPoker Sports Stars Challenge III champ Kara Scott and Snooker legend Steve Davis.
